Brown Bears are endangered! We need to help them!
Brown bears are catagorized as near threatened. Some intresting facts about brown bears are; males can grow over 6 feet in length and 800 pound. The max speed brown bears can run is 35 mph. Brown bears eat mostly berries, roots, fungi, grasses, fish, carrion, small mammals and insects. Adult brown bears live alone, but during mating season they can be found in pairs. Females only mate when they are around 4 years old.
